Canada’s AI future depends on making technology useful, accessible and trustworthy. At AI for All: Building Canada’s AI Future, the Empire Club of Canada welcomed the Honourable Evan Solomon, Minister of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Innovation, Government of Canada, for a keynote and a conversation moderated by Sean Speer, Co-Founder and Editor-at-Large, The Hub.

Solomon’s announcement of $162 million over five years with Mitacs for 10,000 paid AI-related placements offered one practical mechanism illustrating trust, capabilities and adoption.
