AI: AI Scribe Errors

The Office of the Auditor General of Ontario has released a Special Report on Use of Artificial Intelligence in the Ontario Government.

Initially the focus was to provide an AI framework for Ontario Public Service. One of the findings was: AI Scribes Systems Were Not Evaluated Adequately.

This has implications for across the country as Ontario MD evaluated a series of AI Scribes and created a Vendor of Record (VOR) list. This list was later adopted by Canada Health Infoway.
