      I realize we are not at a corporate level so I'm not suggesting we do this yet, but it's a new term to me. More of us might well be asked for opinions and feedback iin this area so here it is for your information. We might think of this some day.

      ROP – Required Organizational Practice

      An ROP is a document which clearly defines an essential practice that organizations must have in place to … (eg enhance safety, be accountable to members…)

      To create them we would start with a theme or focus, then create an overarching statement that introduces a set of criteria we would use to measure how we would achieve the outcome we want.

      We would look at Accountability, Actions, Outcome, and at different levels of accountability. Ie who is responsible.
      Levels of accountability could be board, leaders, team, staff
