More of us might well be asked for opinions and feedback iin this area so here it is for your information. We might think of this some day.</p>
<p dir="auto">ROP – Required Organizational Practice</p>
<p dir="auto">An ROP is a document which clearly defines an essential practice that organizations must have in place to …  (eg enhance safety, be accountable to members…)</p>
<p dir="auto">To create them we would start with a theme or focus, then create an overarching statement that introduces a set of criteria we would use to measure how we would achieve the outcome we want.</p>
<p dir="auto">We would look at Accountability, Actions, Outcome, and at different levels of accountability. Ie who is responsible.<br />
Levels of accountability could be board, leaders, team, staff</p>
