Our first report on the conference surveys is done and up on the home page! Once the companion tip sheets are ready in September we'll have a publicity campaign.

Any hashtag ideas for it for Twitter? I was thinking #PANreport as a starting point.

You can share it with people you know and work with. What better time than in these final relaxing (for some of us) weeks of summer.

We have a little feedback already

Like this one from a researcher - I scanned (haven't read carefully yet) but interesting comments. Most professionals attending conferences share some of the same concerns, like no place to rest between sessions. They think we're all Ironman (iron persons?) but to be fair to meeting organizers they're often restricted by poor design!

Here's what a fellow patient said

Well done. Looking at the conferences there aren't a lot of Canadian conferences we're attending. CMA's at the top. It's really enlightening to see how embryonic we (patients and caregivers) are at infiltrating conferences.

Don't forget to do the survey for each conference you attend. We're looking forward to next year's version.

      Annette

All, if you have attended a healthcare conference in 2019 and not filled out the Conference Evaluation survey, please do so. You have until early Feb then the survey will come down.

        Thanks!
