What do you think about being an author? - comments and an article

I find I am asked to be a co-author from time to time. Sometimes I feel like a fraud because pretty much all the writing is done by others and I just comment on the draft; other times I actually get to do some writing.

What is your experience? Should we try to publish as PAN, a collection of patient partners? What topics?
