The International Society for Quality in Health Care (ISQUA) has been running a series of free talks on COVID-19 since March. You can register to participate live or watch recordings later. HERE IS THE LINK for what's on offer with the first few talks, listed below. More to come.

This is a reputable organization with the most comprehensive global reach and truly international governance of any healthcare improvement organization that I know about. ISQUA is trying hard to incorporate the patient perspective into its program content. Do check out their site to learn more.

      Sample titles:

      • Learning with the Science of Improvement during COVID-19

      • Healthcare Worker Safety during Global Pandemics

      • Parenting and COVID-19 Global Resources

      • Human Factors Systems Approach and the COVID-19 Healthcare Crisis

      • The Impact of COVID-19 on Older Populations and their Carers: The Canadian Experience with COVID-19 --a Tale of Two Pandemics

      • Safety and Reliability During the COVID-19 Crisis

      • Challenges in Communication between Healthcare Personnel and Patients

      • Human Factors in the Design and Operation of Ventilators for Covid-1

      • How is COVID-19 impacting patients and their care? Staying Person-Centered During Pandemics: Finding the balance of patient and caregiver safety with compassion

      • The emotional toll of COVID-19: consequences for healthcare staff and patients

There's also a series of written dispatches called, "ISQua's COVID-19 Posts from the Front Line".
