poster presentation co-author

A research group at UofT, of which I am a member of the PFAC (and PAID! for it) is applying for a poster to be presented at the Trillium family care research day, I am helping with the poster, and am being listed as a co-author! I am so excited and pleased, and I will post it here as soon as I can.
