      🌟Are you a caregiver in Hamilton, Ontario? Take the next step and apply to help co-design an innovative social prescribing program today! 🏥

      Eligibility:

      • Currently or recently (within the last 12 months) employed
      • Provide unpaid care to an adult dependent (18+) or a child with disabilities

      What’s Involved:

      • Engage in a 6-week social prescribing program
      • Complete two surveys
      • Participate in potential follow-up interviews

      Participants will receive Personal Support Worker (PSW) services for their care recipient during the study and have a chance to win an iPad! 🎉
