Sharing a link to the e-learning series on Engagement-Capable Environments (ECE) from Health Excellence Canada (HEC). Both HEC and PAN are interested in any feedback on this.

While it is targeted to the organizations that engage us, we do want to make sure that what they are learning make sense from our perspective.

Healthcare Excellence Canada (HEC) is offering a 4 part eLearning series that is very good. To enroll for free, click on this: HEC website

Once registered, you will receive an email with links to all 4 modules. Proceed at your own pace; start with the Introduction module. After completing all modules, you will receive a request for feedback from HEC.
