HEC Action Series for Leading Safety Differently - closes by Dec 1, 2025

An Action Series that HEC has just launched for ‘Leading safety differently’.

This action series follows CPSW and aligns with this year’s theme of ‘All voices for safer care’. There will be

• list item 3 learning webinars

• list itemwith 3 ‘action periods’

• list itemand a closing congress

It will run from Jan-April 2026, and will help leaders (both formal and informal leaders, patient partners/leaders) put action to ‘Rethinking Patient Safety’ (Rethinking Patient Safety). HEC knows that the absence of harm does not mean that care is safe, and the action series will support leaders to act and lead for safer care.

It would be great to see some patient partners/leaders join HEC for learning together. We know that each of us can learn from where we are – and that many patient partners are leaders in various ways!
