      Passerelle invites us to join Ambreen Sayani, physician, social scientist, and policy advisor, for an inspiring webinar on advancing equity in cancer care.

      Dr. Sayani is an Emily Stowe Scholar at Women’s College Hospital, where she founded and leads the Improving Cancer Care Equity (ICCE) Lab. Her work focuses on reducing cancer disparities by promoting equitable access to prevention, early detection, and high-quality care. In addition to her role as Assistant Professor (status) at the University of Toronto’s Dalla Lana School of Public Health, she serves as Health Equity Advisor to the Canadian Partnership Against Cancer, co-chairs the G7 Cancer Inequalities Network, and co-initiated Equity Mobilizing Partnerships in Community.

          @Chris-Johnston I have worked with Ambreen since 2020 on all things related to equity. She is an amazing person. I don't actually work on the cancer side with her, just on the health equity side more generally through EMPaCT.
