      Registration is open for the 22nd Annual Northwest Patient Safety Conference, which will take place on Oct 16-17, with free participation for patients, families, caregivers and studentS.

      About The Conference

      The theme is “Navigating Rough Seas.” Currently, our health care environment is turbulent and unpredictable. This year’s conference will provide insight and actionable tools and techniques to help us address the challenging and unique time we are in. So, “hold fast” and join us October 16 and 17, 2025!
