Pilot study on patient engagement

A team based in the States that has a PCORI funded grant to develop a measurement tool around patient engagement is looking for patient partners.

Some further details:

Eligibility:
You are actively working on or recently completed an engaged research project (eg. researchers, patient partners, and others on a research team who are actively working on or recently completed an engaged research project).

The project may impact (directly or indirectly) older adults (e.g., research on chronic conditions).

You can answer questions specific to patient or community engagement happening in the project.

Other info:
You do not need to be PCORI funded to pilot this tool.

We are looking for as many people as possible to complete this tool, even multiple people from the same project.

The type of engagement methods used and the depth of these methods does not matter!

We are looking for a range of experiences!

You don’t have to be a researcher to complete this tool. You just have to be able to answer questions about how engagement happened within the project and any known impact.

WHAT’S REQUIRED:

• Reading and agreeing to our consent form, which describes what we do with pilot data and how we protect your confidentiality

• Finding a quiet space to complete an English web-based survey, preferably on a desktop computer

• Completing the survey at once, which should take no more than 25 minutes

WHAT YOU GET
Since the survey is in pilot phase, you will not receive individual survey results.
