Sacha Davis, MSc – AI Specialist at the University of Alberta & President of AIMSS. She is passionate about improving Medical AI literacy and leveraging electronic health record data to address critical challenges facing our healthcare system. Her expertise includes natural language processing and large language models, multimodal health data integration, data visualization and storytelling, project management, teaching, and community engagement.

Ehsan Misaghi – MD/PhD student at the University of Alberta & AIMSS Co-founder. With expertise in neuroscience, medicine, and engineering, Ehsan combines scientific research with innovative approaches to improve patient outcomes. He co-founded the Artificial Intelligence in Medical Systems Society, where he serves as the Director of Programs & Initiatives and focuses on integrating AI into healthcare and health research.
