Looking through the PXP conference resources, led me to a link to the International Association of Patient Organizations.
      https://www.iapo.org.uk/categories

I could be wrong, but I suspect that PAN meets the criteria for full membership and since the fees are based on the organization's gross annual income, and are as little as $20 pa for income less than $100k, it seems quite reasonable. They also offer fee waivers if we meet additional criteria.

I'm thinking that it might amplify and lend weight to PAN's aims and our voices as patient partners to be associated with and recognized by an international group. It might also bring us new opportunities to network and seek opportunities.

Would be interested in thoughts or whether it's already been considered?

@Chris-Johnston PAN already belongs to Patient Engagement Synergist, a network of the PFMD a patient engagement overall organization that co-sponsors a Patient Engagement Open Forum each year.

You can register for the Synergist as an individual and associate with PAN as an organization as several of us have done.
