PAN Parle Discussion on how to learn about speaking up, roles, and adding value

On Mar 20, we held the first PAN Parle and identified a burning area of concern which circled around these questions and others:

• "How do you know when to speak up?"

• "What happens when you don't know what role you are supposed to have?"

• "How do you make sure you add value?"

What are some of the other issues we want to learn about? How do we take actions on these ideas? Training, checklists, guidelines, discussions, resources, other?
