• list itemDecember 7th, 12-1pm, How to Manage Nutrition and Stressors as a Caregiver - webinar presented by Nishta Saxena (recording will be made available)

Additionally, the SCALE Program | Programme ANCRÉ continues throughout the month of November, offering support for caregiver mental health and well-being, including access to free group and individual counselling with registered mental health professionals.
