I thought you might be interested in this Learning Series. I was on the initial working group and worked on a few modules including the next one coming on February 21st, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion is the third in the series

Although developed for the Ontario Health Teams each session has an area that I believe PAN Members will benefit from.

Even if you can’t attend you should register as there are amazing workbooks given per session with valuable resources. Also each session is being recorded and can be watched at a later date on the Patient Experience Team YouTube https://youtube.com/@IBHPEteam
