      When we talk about team-based care in healthcare, it is not the same as group-based care.

        @Alies-Maybee Thanks for sharing this. I have used this video many times when talking about what we mean when we want true effective teamwork in healthcare. I have also used it when running a TRIZ (https://www.liberatingstructures.com/6-making-space-with-triz/) to help get groups thinking differently about teamwork and where it is and isn't working in healthcare.
