@Lynn-Ashdown I personally feel they are asking too much from the patient in the form. They should accept a letter of support from the organization and pick by lottery in my opinion. They should provide a template for a letter of support so all the patient and their partner organization need to do is sign. And what is the role for the patient at this conference? They should provide some justification for having patients attend so that the patient partners do not go through so much trouble to be given a scholarship and then ignored at the conference.
