        She makes good points, ones most of us know but the key to me were her examples and her positive suggestions for improvement. Definitely worth the read. Alies

            I think a lot of these lessons learned can be true for the research environment as well.... Patients are vulnerable at an unfamiliar table with health care professionals; there is a need to write down and share the answers for things that patient advisors ask most often and visuals are always good; encourage advisors to seek out and share experiences with other advisors (peer support); and listen, listen, listen!

            Definitely some transferrable messages!
