Rethinking Patient Safety Teams

Healthcare Excellence Canada have launched a four-month action series to inspire participants to approach safety leadership in new ways. The goal is to encourage leaders to engage in meaningful safety conversations and host two or more leadership discussions outlined in the Rethinking Patient Safety: Navigating the Measurement and Monitoring Safety Clouds activity.
