The Patient Advisors Network (PAN), in collaboration with SCAN Health, is gathering input from patients and caregivers across Canada. Your feedback will help shape strategies to make our healthcare supply chain more resilient, equitable, and responsive.

At the end of the survey, you may choose to be part of a focus group to further discuss the impact of supply chain disruptions. PAN aims to publish a paper based on this survey, raising awareness and driving change in healthcare policies.
