Have you ever had to scramble to get the medical supplies, medications, or equipment you or someone you care for needed?

If so, please respond to this survey ( 10-20 minutes) and share your experiences and insights anonymously about the impact of medical supply chain disruptions on your life and health.

Feel free to share this email with anyone you think would be interested in filling out this survey. The survey is open until November 14, 2025.

The Patient Advisors Network (PAN) is working with SCAN Health to learn from patients and caregivers from across Canada through this survey. Your input will help shape strategies to make Canada's healthcare supply chain more resilient, equitable, and responsive. In addition, at the end of the survey, you may choose to be selected as part of a focus group later this year to further talk about the impact of supply chain disruptions.

PAN plans to publish a paper from this survey to raise awareness of this issue and identify changes based on what you tell us. Survey data will also be shared anonymously with SCAN Health researchers to guide their recommendations for governments, health organizations, and providers.

Help us to highlight this little-known area of healthcare and contribute to suggestions to lessen the impact of supply chain disruption.

      Take the Survey .

      Survey closes : November 14, 2025
