The World Health Organization (WHO) is inviting public input on how to improve the inclusion of underrepresented populations in clinical trials.

This consultation explores barriers to participation, equitable recruitment, accessibility, community engagement, and accountability in clinical research.

Patient and community voices are essential to ensuring clinical trials reflect the diversity of the people they are intended to serve. This is an opportunity to share lived and living experiences, identify systemic barriers, and help inform recommendations for more inclusive and equitable research practices.

We encourage members of the Patient Advisors Network (PAN) and our broader community to consider contributing their perspectives.

Deadline: October 29, 2026
