A discussion guide has been developed as a companion document and provides important context on public health surveillance in Canada. You are encouraged to have the guide handy while completing the questionnaire.

The questionnaire will take approximately 20 to 30 minutes to complete and will be closed for input on March 1, 2024, 11:59PM (ET). A final report of the vision is anticipated for public release in 2024.
